|Recommended: YesBest Apartment Complex — Amber has been one of the most professional property managers I've ever worked with and I don't know how she does it all by herself. She made the process as simple as possible and was able to answer all my questions. The service staff is quick to address any issues and these apartments are some of the cleanest I have been in. Everyone is willing to help and everything is kept at a top-notch level.

|Recommended: YesPeaceful and Serine — I have lived at Willow Creek for four years, and you cannot convince me to move. The maintenance staff is quick to fix things. The manager is professional and helpful. It feels like I’m living in a house because of how spacious this apartment is. I live on the second floor, so I have vaulted ceiling‘s and bay windows which allow plenty of light into the apartment. There’s nothing more relaxing than sitting on the porch drinking my tea as the sun sets. My neighbors are friendly and respectful. I’m glad that I found this community.

|Recommended: YesSome of the best apartments in Springfield — It's great, I feel like it's a safe community with apartments that are affordable while also well-constructed and comfortable, There are a lot of perks free internet, pool, tennis court, etc. . Staff is friendly, it's quiet, I like it here.

It is a nice living community and strives to keep everyone informed as best as they can on what is going on in the living community. The office staff tries to be as helpful as they can and if they can't, they try and point you in the right direction..
The apartments themselves are on the nice end, but the walls are a little thin. I have not had very many issues with the thin walls, and when it is a concern, it is easy to notify the proper people.
Parking can be a bit difficult due to the layout of the parking lot, If you're like me, you don't mind walking a little bit extra to get to your car in the morning then it is not a big deal.
Overall I would recommend Willow Creek Apartments to others.

|Recommended: YesClean, safe place to live — We've had great luck living here, the apartments are clean and pretty new, I've always felt super safe here and love the facilities Management seems to change a lot, but we've never had an issue with any of them.
