|Recommended: YesI have been living in Willow Creek for over a year and we are proud to call this our home. The apartment space is amazing and our walk-in closet is REALLY a walk-in closet. We love the convenient location to restaurants and to work, and we love our neighbors who have been living in the apartment building for over 10 years and are absolutely amazing. It can get a little loud with the traffic being so close but nothing unbearable.
|Recommended: YesLong timer — Maintainace is good. He takes good care of the property. We have good amenities. Pool, gym, tennis court, 1 2 basketball court. Landscape is done regularly. Friendly and helpful manager. Always available to help one out. The unit is spacious. Good size floor plan. Neighbors are great too.

|Recommended: YesGood Location, Needs Accessibility Upkeep Improvements — Great location and friendly maintenance. Management has been kind despite turnover the high turnover and lack of onsite manager most of the time is the only reason for the 4 star rating. Otherwise, any of the managers I’ve dealt with have been helpful and professional .
Parking remains a serious concern. As someone with medical needs and a handicap permit, there are no official ADA-accessible spaces immediately nearby. A permit spot was added for my family, which I appreciate, but it isn’t a designated handicap space, so it lacks proper loading access and is often used by others with permits. The nearest sidewalk ramp is also farther down, which isn’t ideal.
Rules can feel restrictive, pet fees have increased, and some exterior maintenance needs attention. The rent is starting to feel out of step with the current level of maintenance and amenities.
Overall positive, but meaningful improvements are needed.

|Recommended: YesThe ramp in front of building 5 still hasn’t been repaired from pipe bursting. It’s the only issue I see that needs to be repaired.

|Recommended: YesIt’s a good area and our manager Jeff is nice and helpful. The apartments are close to a grocery store. Some of the restrictions placed could stand to be eased as they inhibit some disability accommodations. The company was helpful when my daughter left an increasing domestic violence relationship and I needed more help with my medical issues. The commmunity of people make it special.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here for about 2ish years in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and I've loved it so far. If there was ever an issue within the apartment which was very rarely , I would get help in the same day. Maybe within a couple of hours, if that. Parking availability is open, but a little tougher to find a spot at night when everyone is at home. Which is understandable. The living experience overall has been nice and peaceful. My neighbors are great too.
