|Recommended: YesIt’s a good area and our manager Jeff is nice and helpful. The apartments are close to a grocery store. Some of the restrictions placed could stand to be eased as they inhibit some disability accommodations. The company was helpful when my daughter left an increasing domestic violence relationship and I needed more help with my medical issues. The commmunity of people make it special.

|Recommended: YesI've lived here for about 2ish years in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit and I've loved it so far. If there was ever an issue within the apartment which was very rarely , I would get help in the same day. Maybe within a couple of hours, if that. Parking availability is open, but a little tougher to find a spot at night when everyone is at home. Which is understandable. The living experience overall has been nice and peaceful. My neighbors are great too.

|Recommended: Yesmy only complaint is that the parking is so inconsistent. some days theres plenty of spots, and other days theres 4 new cars that ive never seen before and i end up having to park quite a ways away from my actual unit. other than that, living here has been great

|Recommended: YesLet’s just say that we were going to move into a downtown loft until we met with your apartment manager Jeff. We even put a deposit down on the loft. He went Above and beyond anyone I’ve ever met showing apartments. And all my questions and calls were answered in detail. He is EXCELLENT at his job. He would do great as a realtor. Very patient and kind. Great job Jeff

|Recommended: YesThis is the best of the 3 apartment complexes l've lived in. Rent is lower than most 2 bedroom apartments l've seen, and there is a lot more space than others. I haven't had very many issues living here, and the ones I have come across have been taken care of.

|Recommended: YesWe just renewed our lease for what will be 5 years now and we have loved every minute of living here It's perfectly located to everything we could possibly need and there is so much room for the price. It's hard to find an apartment of this quality for an affordable price anymore.

|Recommended: YesMy husband and I have lived at willow creek since 2018. We have never had any issues. Josh and Chuck stay on top of things and are always so quick to respond. We love the new renovated tennis court and gym especially
|Recommended: YesI love living here. I like the location, and that we're in sort of a basin that water drains away from rather than flooding the place. I like my neighbors here. I like Josh the manager and Chuck our maintenance guy.
|Recommended: NoI have lived here for over 10 months now and the same drip in the bathtub as when we moved in is still dripping. It has not been fixed. We now have 4 maintainence issues. I would think that since they are going up on our rent, these issues would be fixed.
|Recommended: YesAmazing Personnel — Josh is very easy to work with, very fast response time, extremely cordial, and is always on top of any eventualities.
Maintenance is prompt to fix and sympathetic to the tenants needs.
