|Recommended: NoAlthough we like living here, I do not think they should be having us pay more than some renters just moving in. When we renew our lease, we will be paying more than some just moving in. Who thinks that is fair Plus we have had a leak in the bathtub since before we moved in and 10 months later the leak is still there, not fixed.
|Recommended: YesWillow Creek Review — Willow Creek has been a great place to be in spite of the residents upstairs who, I'm not so sure, have ever lived in an apartment. This is my second Wooten managed property, and I will soon be a Wooten resident for 19 yeras.

|Recommended: YesTypical Apartment Living — I do like it here A lot. Maintenance is prompt. The noise level is minimal yes, I hear a loud tv every now and then, and maybe a party but it doesn't bother me. The location is great Easy access to James River. Grocery shopping options that are five minutes away. A park for kids, a tennis court needs a new net , and a small basketball court. I would recommend Willow Creek to friends.

|Recommended: YesParking and pool — The parking for some buildings is very slim, so you have to park pretty far away sometimes. The pool is too small for the amount of residents and there aren’t a lot of pool ‘tanning’ chairs
